Started April off right with doing Jillian micheals 30 day shred. Now I’m on level two day 14 tonight’s going to be the official second week and so far I’ve lost 4 pounds.
I’m really excited to finish this and see how much weight I’ve lost at the end. I’ve also stopped drinking soda and started tracking my intake with myfitnesspal again.
I think that on my days off I need to start walking or jogging. I really want to be down to 120 for my best friends wedding in June
One of my other best friends from high school and I have recently decided that we ware going pick and exercise everyday and do it for the day then pick a different one for the next day so yesterday I picked the exercise yesterday and did it.
